I had Dave's Hot chicken yesterday and it was so good! It's not my first time but second time around and it still did not disappoint! The texture of the chicken is so good and it's not too much breading but has a good amount of meat inside. The area is not bad just a little chaotic at night. The Mac & Cheese is good I'm a big ma and cheese lover so I like mine a little thick ,creamy. But the Mac n cheese is a good amount of creamy not too watery and a good well cooked texture! Flavor wise 6/10 Texture/cooked wise 7.5-10 Overall the food is really good and would eat here again! And don't forget thier sauce It's really good! A must with the chicken!

Shaynah is the reason this Dave's location deserves 5 stars! After a frustrating experience with an older Hispanic gentleman in the evening shift (I think he's the evening shift leader the employees know who I'm talking about) who completely dismissed my rewards points concern (he just kept reprinting the same receipt without helping), Shaynah showed me what real customer service looks like. She ALWAYS makes sure my points are properly added and confirmed in the system. The difference is night and day - while he couldn't be bothered, Shaynah takes the time to ensure everything is right. She's also fantastic at menu recommendations (the Strawberry Lemonade Slusher she suggested is now my go-to drink!). Her competence with the rewards system and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stands out. In the service industry, attitude makes all the difference, and Shaynah's friendly, helpful demeanor makes me feel truly valued as a customer. THIS is how you treat people who support your business!
My partner and I had a long day, and he decided to take me to this busy joint as we were coming back from the LAX area. It was my second time having Daves Hot Chicken, and it was a good experience overall. The menu is very straightforward and easy to navigate. I also ordered a side of the mac and cheese with two orders of two sliders and fries. We both got medium spicy levels for our orders. We were just being on the safe side, but it was not spicy at all. It's ok, we still enjoyed our meals. The place was busy, especially on Halloween night; it was a lovely way to end the evening. Thank you to the workers who assisted and accommodated us. We will be back
Dave's hot chicken is my go to for decent but highly affordable chicken sandwiches. I happened to see that this one was close to me so I stopped by. Parking is in the back and is quite expensive without validation. DAVES DOES NOT VALIDATE UNTIL AFTER 5PM. I ordered a #4 slider with fries. My only expectation is the chicken is crispy, has coleslaw, and a soft bun. This location hit all the criteria and I could ask for nothing more. Their crinkle cut fries are also very crispy. Overall, nothing outstanding but still good food. I don't come to these fast food places expecting stellar service so that doesn't matter to me. The food is great for what I paid, $10.99, and I was satisfied.
